No, we are not, that was three days ago, the current issue is due to the massive increase of players and small issues.
>What's going on with the server?
We are going through a massive increase of players and the servers weren't ready for that. Obviously growth is good, but you have to be patient and wait for the engineers to do their job.
>Are the engineers even working?
Yes they are, they are working very hard to achieve the best possible results.
>Axie Infinity makes a lot of money, why they don't just pay and upgrade the server?
The problem we face is not something that you pay and is instantly solved. We need to find the problem, generate a list of solutions, approve it, test it, and implement it. Improving a server infrastructure of a bleeding edge technology is not that easy to be say and done.

The eSports has nothing to do with the servers we are using. They are completely different departments.

It's a common thing to lose money on Cryptocurrency market and I'd have expected people to know what they're getting into when they started tinkering with crypto and started playing the game. Or at least I did cuz I did my research and understood that I could be investing money just to lose it all. -> Only spend what you can afford <- this is basically supposed to be ingrained with people dealing with crypto.
What are you on about 'we', I'm also included in that group cuz I paid to get an account. paid to provide scholarships and paid to breed axies. If all this ends up a bust, all I can blame is myself. Understand that all we can do is wait. our losses now is nothing compared to what we can gain in the long run.
Complaining can ease people's stress and that's okay. What's not okay is the constant toxicity being spread by people who doesn't even pay to play the game (talking about scholars here) and even those who did pay but started playing this not doing their research. handling crypto assets itself is already a risk, if you delve in without knowing anything, that was your doing.
Most of the managers are quite chill about this whole thing, because we understand that axie havng this problem now means that the game is increasingly becoming well-known and is on it's way to becoming mainstream.

Although, it woulda been better to have focused on the servers. I understand that a shitton of players are trying to get into the whole Axie craze but I hope it gets better from hereon.
I SERIOUSLY want to see this blockchain and NFT ownership be a more mainstream thing in games.
i just started 2 days ago 1700 Euro invested on my first team played like 10 games lots of disconnection on arena and adventure mode, today after the server maintenance couldnt play till now but i m full of hope for axie infinity i love this game and cant wait to play it properly keep it up axie infinity team we stand behind you love frome belgium.
