S2 Final Era Ends
Congratulations to everyone who fought hard during Season 2, and to those who placed in the leaderboards! We saw players battle it out in the arena with unique teams throughout the season’s four new Eras—leading to an exciting and diverse S2 meta.
A total of 112,000 AXS was on the line for Season 2, and top players will receive their rewards over the coming weeks. In the meantime, here are some important updates going live for the off-season!
S2 Off-Season Leaderboard Rewards
We’re introducing our first-ever Leaderboard rewards for the off-season! This is our first experiment in making the off-season grind more fun and rewarding for players.
Playing and placing in the off-season gives you a good advantage heading into the S3 Rare Era, where 15% of the total AXS leaderboard pool will be up for grabs.
If you place in the top 5K, you have a chance to win precious sealed Rune and Charm boxes. These can’t be disenchanted. If you place between 5,001 and 10,000, you’ll receive an exclusive “Cool!!!” sticker.

Game Mechanics and Card Adjustments
Here are some changes on the game mechanics changes being implemented:
• Bloodmoon will begin one turn earlier
• Grievous Wound (Debuff) : Deal Pure DMG
• Leaf (Buff) : Heal 3 HP per stack → Heal 4 HP per stack
• Cuckoo (Buff) : Stack normally, only 1 consumed per Sleep prevented.
• Cocoon (Buff) : Gain 12 Shield regardless of stack → Gain 4 Shield per stack
• Mushroom (Summon) : Heal equal to remaining HP → Heal equal to Max HP
• Robin (Summon) : Increase DMG by 4, cap at 100 → Increase DMG by 3, cap at 90

Bug Fixes
Here’s a full list of the bug fixes rolling out this Off-season:
Turn will no longer automatically end after using [Wing Horn] while gaining [Feather Dagger].
[Cursed Ritual]’s DMG is capped as described.
[Bubble] conversion to Bubble Bomb] is properly handled when gaining multiple Bubbles.
[Anemone] properly resets when used together with [Glorious Mane]
[Bubble Bomb] is no longer affected by [Weak].
Cards with selection screens properly resolve when no selection is made and the timer runs out or the player disconnects.
Using [Clear], [Nerdy], or [Pink Cheek] with less than 2 cards in your Hand and Draw Pile is properly handled.
[Sacred Feather] heals for the correct amount.
[Piranha] no longer bypasses [Sacred Feather]’s effect.
[Wing Horn] checks the target’s HP before dealing damage.
[Innocent Lamb] cannot copy itself using [Magic Sack].
