New Activity and Analytics Tabs on App.Axie
App.Axie is the only public marketplace for axies and land. It’s also a treasure trove of information about the Lunacian economy. Today, we’re making some of that data visible through the new activity and analytics tabs! Check out the owner distribution of a particular collectible, or monitor its floor price over time. For now, these tabs are available for axies and land plots. Other items don’t have their own tabs – yet.
Ronin Prefixes
Over the next week or so, the Ronin team is changing the prefixes of Ronin addresses from ronin: to 0x. This will increase our Ethereum alignment. However, you might be wondering, “what in Atia’s name is a prefix and how does that affect App.Axie?” We’re here to answer those questions:
Every blockchain address has a prefix followed by a long string of characters. In general, all addresses on the same blockchain will have the same prefix but different characters afterwards. Check out the image above to see how a prefix changes the way a Ronin address looks.
So, how does that affect App.Axie?
Today’s update on App.Axie means both types of Ronin address prefixes will work on App.Axie – and so will RNS names. Use your .ron name, addresses with an 0x prefix, or addresses with a ronin: prefix. Keep an eye out on the Ronin Blog for more info about the new prefix support on Ronin.
Final Thoughts
Our digital nation is only 6 years old, but many individual Lunacians have already accomplished a lot. Badges celebrate those achievements and make it easy for others to spot some of the OGs. Today, we’re excited to recognize milestones related to part evolution with this new series of badges. The new activity and analytics tabs are also a lot of fun to check out. Go to App.axie to see them all for yourself – and find out which badges you’ve earned!
