Hello Axie admin, first let me say THANK YOU SO MUCH for this wonderful game, but lately people tends to get frustrated with the LAGG and no connection issue.
I would like to suggest that for the meantime while everyone is having a very bad day due to lagg issue, why not limit the number of players for a certain hours, make a period system, example from 601 hrs to 1200 hrs, 25% of the whole player population can access (1st come 1st serve) then same goes to 1201hrs. to 1800hrs.,1801 to 2400hrs and 2401 hrs to 600hrs and those players that was given a chance to access on those period will not be allowed to access in another period, and must wait for another day to access again,
Lastly people got so hype with the game so many are creating new account which add up to the traffic in the system, how about temporarily halt the creation of new accounts while your good team will create a new server that can accommodate more players, it is better to wait and have a wonderful gaming experience than have a new account and not enjoy.
Please make announcement or something to say for the disconnection issue ang also we cant get in the game and cant even play adventure mode, we need some updates, its affecting our daily quota. If you are doing maintenance, pls give announcement so we will know, please do upgrade your servers cause we can't even play right now.
Maybe giving a fixed schedule for people to do their quests and farm, to avoid everyone trying to play the game at the same time. It really is frustrating to not be able to play in so long..
Please put a maintenance notice (Specific date, time and country) so that us users don't waste our time and the energy to check it time by time. I hope you hear our complain for better service.
