We’re thrilled to announce that Homeland Alpha Season 3 is LIVE! This season introduces major new features including SpyX, Land Delegation, a Plot Management Board, and more! If you’ve ever wanted to play Homeland but are still working towards owning a plot, this might be your chance to play! Homeland Alpha Season 3 will last for five weeks from June 21st to July 26th. Here’s everything you need to know:
Rewards: AXS, Avatars, and Plot Decorations
There are a tonne of rewards up for grabs in Homeland Alpha Season 3. We’ve listed them below and describe them in more detail in the following paragraphs.
A total of 5,000 AXS on the line between the Passive Adventure and Land Development Leaderboards
New limited-time avatars and badges as Seasonal Achievements
Exclusive hot-air balloons to adorn your plot as plot decorations
As usual, players will compete in both Passive Adventure and Land Development Leaderboards throughout the season. The top 500 players in each of these Leaderboards will receive AXS rewards according to the schedule above. Players who complete in-game milestones will also be eligible to earn avatars and badges as Seasonal Achievements, and – at the end of the Season – we’re giving out an ultra-rare plot decoration to the #1 players!
Remember that stewards’ AXS rewards will be credited to their corresponding land owner’s Ronin wallet address at the end of the season. We suggest making arrangements with your steward or delegator before delegating.
Concept Art Leek
We’re excited to leek the concept art for the top Leaderboard prizes this Season! These hot-air balloons will adorn the plots of Lunacia’s most skilled Homeland players. The simple balloon on the left will be a Seasonal Achievement, while the fancy balloon on the right will go to the #1 players on each Leaderboard this season. One Leaderboard winner, one fancy balloon. Stay tuned for more info on how to earn these!
SpyX: Ragoons Attack!
Lunacians, we’re introducing a new PvP component to Homeland called SpyX! Homeland players can now steal Leaderboard Points from other players with the help of sneaky Ragoons. Here’s how it works:
First, you’ll use items to disguise a new creature called a Ragoon into an Adventurer. Then, you’ll send the disguised Ragoon to battle on another plot. If the owner of that plot engages your Ragoon in battle, you’ll receive all of the Leaderboard points generated from that battle!
We’ll send out a more detailed guide later this week, but play around with your Ragoons and see what works.
Remember: other players can send Ragoons in disguise to your plot, too!
Land Delegation
If you’ve ever wanted to play Homeland but are still working towards owning a plot, Alpha Season 3 might be your lucky chance to play! That’s because Land Delegation is now live, which allows land owners to delegate their plots to other Lunacians.
We understand that many land owners may prefer to leave their plots staked and collect rewards instead of delegating to a steward. That’s why we’re introducing special plot decorations as incentives for land owners who delegate for a period of at least 14 days! Delegate to win.

Introducing the New Plot Management Board
If you have multiple plots – whether delegated to a steward or within your control – the new Plot Management Board will help you stay organized and keep an eye on your progress. Track each of your plots’ Altar of Atia levels, number of buildings, durations of Delegation contracts, and more! You’re always one easy click away from seeing your plots, too. This will make it easier than ever to stay on top of things when it matters most.
Final Thoughts
We launched the first Homeland Alpha Season in December of 2022. Today, we kick-off our fourth season together with Land Delegation available for the first time ever!
