Introducing the Budget Axie Challenge!
Climb to the top using budget axies!
It’s been an exciting few weeks with S2 of Axie Origins. We’ve seen diverse metas across the board with different team comps and archetypes making their mark in Lunacia.
Seeing the collective creativity of our community when it comes to theorycrafting and gameplay excites us. Community members also feel motivated when they see near-floor or budget axies thriving in the Arena! With this, we want to empower Lunacians to push the limits and showcase this diverse meta with budget axies.
Introducing the Budget Axie Challenge!
Show us your budget axie builds through a YouTube video to win a share of 121 AXS in prizing and axies to give away to your community!
You will be judged on the quality of your video, the budget of your team, and how well you explain the value of your team for ranked gameplay. YouTube has automatic subtitle translation so you may post in any language.
Here are some additional factors we will consider when picking winners:
Your team’s total value is less than 0.02 ETH.
Your team having a popular V2 axie (Terminator, Discard bugs, Anemone, Koi Aqua, RIMP Beast, Jumping Poison etc.)
Explanation of the build and how you chose the team
Explanation of how you bought/found your team and how much it cost.
Showing your match history and the rank you achieved with the team.

1st - 50 AXS - 1 axie team to giveaway to your community
2nd - 30 AXS - 1 axie team to giveaway to your community
3rd - 20 AXS - 1 axie team to giveaway to your community
4th to 10th - 3 AXS each and 1 axie team to giveaway to your community
The first 100 valid submissions will receive 1 random axie (max 1 per person).

YouTube video must be over 3 minutes, up to 12 minutes maximum.
YouTube title, description and tags must include “Axie Infinity” and/or “Axie Origins”.
Video must include #BudgetAxie and #AxieCreator hashtags in the description of video.

Winners will be selected by a group of community members, including esteemed creators, QU3ST, and Sky Mavis. In order to be eligible to win, you must allow us to use your work for digital and physical promotional use.

Q: Can I use old axies without buying new ones?
A: Yes! As long as you show in the video how much they are worth by referencing the same body parts in app.axie.
Q: Is it okay if my team is over 0.02 Eth?
A: Yes! The price will help us decide tie-breakers as we want to show off cheaper teams in this contest.
Q: What if my axie is not in the marketplace?
A: Please show us a similar one with 5 parts and how you originally purchased the axie.
Q: Can I post my content on other platforms?
A: Yes, you can post your video on more than 1 platform! However, you must post & submit a YouTube video to be qualified for the prizing.
Q: How will I receive the prizing?
A: We will reach out to you to confirm your Ronin address. The prizes will be sent out automatically a few weeks after the end of the winners announcement.
