How to Get Started
Step 1: Go to pindropgame.com and start playing. Sign up to save your progress and pins.
Step 2: Pick a mode. Classic = 30 turns (strategy). Frenzy = 1 minute (speed). Both reward the same capsules.
Step 3: Match 3 or more pins to score. Bigger matches and combos earn more capsules.
Step 4: Open capsules. Each reveals a pin. During the event, capsules can drop limited-edition Axie pins.
Step 5: Fill the rarities, complete the set, and chase the Grail.
How It Works
Pin Drop is a match-3 game with one goal: score high enough to win capsules, then rip them open for pins.
The loop is simple:
Match pins → win capsules → rip capsules → collect Axie pins → climb the boards.
The basics
The board has 6 pin types on an 8x8 grid, with 30 turns to score as high as you can.
Tap a pin, then tap one next to it to swap them.
Match 3 or more of the same pin in a row or column to clear them and score.
Cleared pins drop in fresh from above. Land another match and you get a cascade, boosting your multiplier for the rest of the turn.
Power moves
Bomb (match 4): Blows up a 3x3 area around it.
Laser Party (match 5): Wipes the full row and column.
Cosmic Blast (match 6+): Clears every tile of that pin type from the whole board.
A few more moves worth knowing:
Cosmic tier upgrade: Matching Cosmic pins upgrades the tile they spawn by one level, so a Cosmic match-4 spawns a Laser Party, and a match-5 spawns a Cosmic Blast.
Chain reactions: Tap a special tile to set it off. If its blast hits another special tile, they chain for massive clears.
Cascades: Each extra match from a single swap adds +100% to your score.
Shape bonuses: L shapes score 1.5x, T shapes 2.5x, and Crosses 4x. T and Cross shapes also grant +1 Pin Capsule.
How to earn Pin Capsules
Score 15K+ in a game to win 1 Capsule, 35K+ for 2, and 75K+ for 3.
T and Cross shapes also grant +1 bonus capsule.
You can earn capsules during your first 10 games each day, plus the Daily Challenge.
Referrals earn you bonus capsules.
Duplicate GVC pins can be rerolled for fresh capsules.
Note: only capsules won or rerolled during the event drop Axie pins. Capsules earned before the event will not drop Axie pins.
Pro tip: Hunt for Legendary and Cosmic pins first, since they multiply everything, and set up cascades with high-tier pins to blast past 15K.
Nine Axies and a Grail
The Axie set is nine pins across three rarities, plus the ultra-rare Kotaro Grail. The rarer the pin, the more each one scores toward the Points leaderboard:
Grail (25 pts): Kotaro
Mystic (10 pts each): Bubba, Olek, Puffy
Epic (4 pts each): Momo, Mit, Venoki
Rare (2 pts each): Ena, Tripp, Pomodoro
Complete all nine for +25 bonus points.
The Grail is the hardest pull in the event, capsule-only, and it has a leaderboard all its own.
Four Ways to Win
The event runs four leaderboards, each updating live as you play, with no cap on Points.
Points: Your total from every pin collected, with rarer pins worth more. Top 3,000 win.
Full Set Race: First to complete all nine, ranked by finish time. Top 500 win.
Grail Chase: Ranked by how many Grail pins you pull. Top 150 win.
GVC Holders: A Points ranking for verified GVC NFT holders only. Connect a GVC wallet, delegate wallets welcome. Top 100 win.
Note: This is a time-based event. The Full Set Race is ranked by time to completion, so the fastest to find all nine win. Everywhere else, speed is the first tiebreaker: reach any mark first and you’ll rank higher.

Q: Do I need a wallet or a download to play?
A: Neither. Open pindropgame.com in any browser on phone or desktop and start. An account saves your progress and pins, and you’ll only need a Ronin wallet to receive rewards.
Q: Does it matter which mode I play?
A: No. Classic, Frenzy, and the Daily Challenge all earn the same capsules and event pins, so play whichever you like. The Daily Challenge is one play per day for everyone.
Q: How do I earn Axie pins?
A: Break 15K in a game to win a Pin Capsule, then rip it open. Higher scores earn more capsules: 35K+ gives 2, and 75K+ gives 3. During the event, capsules can reveal the limited-edition Axie pins.
Q: How are ties broken?
A: By speed or completion time. Whoever hit the mark first ranks higher.
