Starting today, the Axie Classic Leaderboard will be refreshed, putting all players back to 1,200 MMR.
The next two weeks (until August 28 3 AM EST / August 28 3 PM PH) will serve as a qualifier for an upcoming tournament happening this September called the Classic Cup.
The Top 512 players in the Axie Classic leaderboard will be automatically qualified for Classic Cup, which boasts a 1,000 AXS prize pool.
This tournament will be facilitated by Esports4Everyone, a trusted partner and builder in the Axie competitive scene.
In addition to this tournament, E4E will be hosting ‘Axie Classic: The Battlegrounds’, a ‘twice a week’ mini-tournament with $50 AXS prize pools to help players train leading up to the Classic Cup on September.
