We’re thrilled to announce the Axie Avatar Forge has arrived! Lunacians can now forge unique and customizable avatars using their axies on App.axie. Avatars are key to our digital identities, and we haven’t had a unified way to distribute Axie PFPs to the community – until now. Every army, every nation needs a standardized and scalable way of issuing identification to its citizens. We think of the Avatar Forge along similar lines.
We know this has been on our community’s wish list for a while and we’re proud to take this important step towards enabling a more personal and emotional connection between you and your axies.

How to Forge an Axie Avatar
Visit App.axie and click “Manage Axie” on the axie you want to forge.
Click “Axie Avatar Forge”
In the Forge, choose the features you want to include in your avatar.
If you want a static PNG, click Download Image.
If you want an animated GIF, click Download Animated GIF.
Infinite Ways to Express Yourself
Lunacia was founded by a ragtag band of missionaries from around the world. Each and every citizen brings something special to our digital nation! That’s why it’s important to offer as many forging options as possible for maximum self-expression. Here’s what you can do with the Axie Avatar Forge:
Brand your Axie
First, you’ll be able to choose between 20 background colors – including transparent – for your PNG or GIF. This makes it easier than ever to match your axie to a personal or professional brand in either the digital or physical realms. Plus, you can zoom out to show your axie’s whole body or zoom-in on its face. Say goodbye to cropping screenshots for Twitter (this is one of Jiho’s pet peeves)! The Axie Avatar Forge gives you more control over your digital identity than ever before.
Animated GIFs
Running. Sleeping. Menacing. Standing on a ball, and even back scratching! Animate your axies in ten different poses and bring them to life in new ways. You can create entire animated scenes using assets from the Axie Avatar Forge. You can also freeze the frame of an axie in the middle of an action – like halfway through a backflip. Imagine the memes when Lunacia starts to combine axie GIFs with a transparent background! The possibilities are infinite.
Accessory Toggle
With almost 12 million axies in the world, it can sometimes be hard to distinguish yourself! The Axie Avatar Forge fixes this by giving you the opportunity to toggle axie accessories on or off when forging your avatar. For example, Mystic holders will be happy to hear they can choose whether their Mystic axie is wearing a spacesuit or not when they forge their avatar. Axie Core is about choice and customization, and this is just the beginning.
