Lunacia's Stocking Stuffers: release axies and receive limited-edition festive accessories!
We’re thrilled to share that the first ever axie accessories are live! This is an important step towards fortifying the emotional connection between you and your axies.
This launch also introduces a sleek new axie management page, which will be used for equipping accessories, upgrading body parts, and more as we flesh out and expand upon Axie Core.
How to Get Accessories
Release an axie between now and January 3rd* to receive a limited-edition holiday accessory.
You can release up to 20 axies at a time, and there are 20 different accessories with their own rarities. Snag ‘em all and make future generations of Lunacians jealous!
After January 3rd, these accessories will become collectibles (NFTs) in your Ronin wallet. You will then be able to adorn your axies with them or trade them on App.axie. Each accessory has an ID so start releasing now!
Accessories & Axie Core
Accessories are an integral part of the Axie Core experience, allowing players to express themselves through their beloved axies while forming a deeper connection with them.
With 20 different accessories of varying rarities available, you'll have the opportunity to make your axies as elegant as Atia, as cute as a gingerbread cookie, or as scary as Agonia!
As players bond with their axie, they should be able to customize them and enhance their appearance. In the same way that we all have a favorite color, clothing style, or interests, each Axie should have personal items or visible characteristics that uniquely define them as citizens within Lunacia.
This progression will all take place from the brand new Axie management page. To access this new functionality, simply scroll over an axie in your App.axie inventory and click “manage”.
Accessories help balance and stimulate Lunacia’s economy by encouraging the buying and breeding of axies. Each accessory is proof that an axie was released on a permanent journey, helping to control the population and stimulate a cycle that mirrors the natural population equilibrium we see in nature.
Remember: When you release an axie, it’s gone from your account forever. Forever ever.
As a special reward for the most hardcore whales in Lunacia, we’ve reserved special Mystic accessories for the top releasers.
Imagine pairing Mr. Ube with a Mystic axie. Divine.
What can I do with accessories?
Accessories give your axies ~style~. When you adorn your axies with Holiday Accessories, their swag reaches over 9000. After the event ends, you’ll be able to equip them to your axies, or trade them on the marketplace.
But hurry! The event ends on January 3rd. After that, we’ll retire the tagged holiday accessories and future generations of Lunacians will need to buy them from you on the marketplace to get them.
We also want to note that the Mystic spacesuits that your Mystic axies are currently wearing will be turned into accessories at a later date. This optionality has been much requested from Mystic owners. We hear you loud and clear.

Check out this rarity guide before you start releasing your axies. You might just receive a snowman!
Mystic Accessories
Only 0.27% of accessories are this rare. It’s mind boggling to describe how scarce they are. Collectors will travel across the cosmos to own these accessories. It’s like owning a strand of Atia the sun god’s hair. It’s the ultimate Holiday statement.
Epic Accessories
Only 1.92% accessories are this rare. That’s like two for each island in the Philippines’ beautiful Hundred Islands National Park. The owner of these accessories will stand out and spread good vibes wherever they go in Lunacia.
Rare Accessories
About 17.25% accessories are this rare. That’s enough to make others jealous and still be in good company.
Common Accessories
80.56% of accessories are in the common category. That means many Lunacians will have a chance to dress their axies up or share them.

When you release one axie between now and January 3rd, you’ll receive a bonus Origins sticker. And if you release 10 axies, you’ll receive an exclusive Axie avatar!

Accessories are another important step towards our “infinite” future!
We’re pushing hard for Axie Infinity to become the world’s most expansive, fun, and rewarding entertainment ecosystem. As we continue to intentionally blur the historical distinctions between players and builders, and align the incentives between everyone in our community under a foundation of digital property rights, it becomes the inevitable outcome.
