To celebrate, we’re hosting an #AxieLookBook competition to find Lunacia’s most stylish axies. We’ve reserved some early ID accessories and AXS as prizes.
Accessories are an important step towards fortifying the emotional connection between you and your axies.
Lunacia’s Stocking Stuffers has concluded and you can now accessorize your axies!
How to Equip Accessories
To equip accessories to your axies:
Visit your App.axie inventory
Hover over the axie you want to accessorize.
Click “Manage axie”.
Click “Equip” and assign accessories to the 6 different possible slots.*
These accessories will show up in the Origins arena as well! Each accessory can only be worn on one axie at a time.
Accessories can also be listed for sale and bought on App.axie. While each accessory is an ERC 721 token with a unique ID, they’re displayed similar to Runes/Charms for simplicity.
Please note that while accessories will be shown on the marketplace and be visible when an axie is for sale, accessories will not transfer with axies when they’re sold.
#AxieLookBook Challenge
To celebrate the arrival of accessorized axies, we’re hosting an #AxieLookBook challenge with some awesome prizes. The best entries will be compiled in a digital look book.
📝 How to Enter 📝
Upload a picture one of your accessorized axies on Twitter using the #AxieLookBook hashtag.
Include your axie’s ID + your Ronin address. You can only submit axies that you own wearing accessories that you own.
Include a brief description of your thought process when pairing accessories to your axie.
You can make as many submissions as you like but you can only win one prize. The submission deadline is one week from today: 2 AM EST on Tuesday, January 10th.
Prize Pool: Early ID Accessories + AXS!
As part of the testing process, the Sky Mavis engineering team released axies and reserved some early ID accessories. The 1st five winners will be able to choose one of these accessories, in draft format. So the 1st place winner chooses first, second will choose second, and so forth. The winners will be chosen by Sky Mavis alongside alongside judges from the community.
Rewards Structure
🎁 1-5: 25 AXS + winners will choose a low ID accessory from Sky Mavis’s accessory stash based on their order of placement.
🎁 6-10: 25 AXS each
🎁 11-25: 10 AXS each
🎁 26-50: 5 AXS each
The stash of accessories that the first five winners will choose from can be found below:
*Some body shapes block accessories from being equipped in certain slots.
Spiky, Wetdog, and Bigyak can’t equip hip accessories.
Curly can’t equip cheek accessories.
Frosty can’t equip neck and hip accessories.
